Perfect intimate workshop for those would like to learn about authentic Tai Chi and movement biomechanics with proper expert guidance, understanding of the purpose and health benefits behind each move.

Over the course of two weeks this particular diverse five hour workshop is technically suitable to all levels from beginners who are just curious about Tai-Chi to more advance practitioners who want to consolidate their techniques as a bridging point to higher level of practice.

This workshop will teach you the latest standardised training method to the eight essential techniques and five footwork drills from Tai-Chi and Kungfu. All workshop attendees will be given a video link to the form after the workshop to practise at home for body awareness and qi/ chi (energy) cultivation.

Your trainer:

Raymond Lee (6th Duan Wushi Taichi, BPhty, DipDN MyofTh, GradDipManipTh, Advanced Facial Acupucture Practitioner)

Raymond Lee is the highest graded Kungfu & Taichi physiotherapist (6th Duan/ Degree) with 30 years of experience in martial arts and movement. He is recognised by Chinese Wushu Association internationally and a two-time international martial arts hall of honours inductee for his excellence in teaching and master of the year.

Raymond places strong emphasis on optimizing biomechanics, the essence of yin and yang from an energy cultivation point of view, martial arts application and health benefits on all styles and movements he teaches.

Being a holistic health practitioner, he is well known for being able to modify movements and allow his students from all levels and abilities to adapt and learn to their full potential.
