Make Tofu from scratch - using organic soybeans. Soy beans to Soy milk and then Tofu! When you see the moment it start forming as Tofu is quite amazing! And taste of freshly made warm tofu from soft ones to hard ones is incredable - you can enjoy that in this workshop of course! When you make Tofu, you always get Okara - by-product. In this workshop, you will also learn how to cook with Okara, which is healthy meat/flour altanative.

Making Tofu and lots of cooking! After cooking everything, we have Tofu lunch together. Fun hands on workshop.
