Christian Wednesday Night Meetup near Central: Friends, Faith and Games

Want a midweek reset with people who are easy to talk to? Come along on a Wednesday night near Central Station. It's a relaxed, welcoming gathering where you can connect, reflect and grow through thoughtful conversation and shared faith.

WHEN AND WHERE

Every Wednesday at 7:00 PM

Embassy Conference Centre, 824-826 George Street, Chippendale NSW 2008

Landmark: directly opposite McDonald's and KFC, a short walk from Central Station.

WHAT THE EVENING LOOKS LIKE

Each Wednesday follows a simple, easy rhythm designed to help you slow down and engage.

7:00 PM, Worship, welcome and good news. A short, reflective time to pause and refocus.

7:30 PM, Games. Light activities that help everyone feel comfortable and included (most weeks).

8:00 PM, Bible talk. A grounded discussion from the Bible that speaks to real life.

Afterwards, open conversation where questions and perspectives are respected. Most weeks we head nearby for a bite to eat, often at the KFC across the road, and spend more time connecting.

COMMUNITY THAT FEELS REAL

This meetup is about people, not performance. It's a place to walk alongside others, consider what the Bible teaches, and support one another through the week ahead. Many people leave feeling clearer, encouraged and reminded that they are part of something shared.

OPEN TO EVERYONE

Whether faith is new to you, something you're curious about, or already part of your life, you are welcome here. There is no expectation to have everything figured out. The focus is on listening, learning and engaging at your own pace. As a non-denominational community, we value openness, respect and a willingness to explore Scripture together.

Sundays at 10:00 AM: church in the Sydney CBD, with worship, a Bible message and coffee beforehand.

Thursdays at 7:00 PM: Games Night at Fortress Sydney, a free night of board games and new friends in Chippendale.

Fridays from 6:30 PM: Youth Friday in Glebe, with free dinner, a Bible talk and games.

Online: Christian Gamers Crew for League of Legends, Overwatch and more.
