Emotional resilience in a warming world: engaged Buddhist action on climate change

Climate change is a complex issue that raises fear and uncertainty. This special forum of Buddhist teachers will explore how a dharma perspective can help us cope with the impacts on our lives of climate change and motivate us to take courageous action to solve the problem.

Speakers include:

Carol Perry – senior Insight Meditation teacher, environmental activist and therapist

Susan Murphy – Zen Buddhist teacher and author of “Minding the Earth, Mending the World”

Venerable Thich Phuoc Tan OAM – Abbot of Quang Minh Temple in Braybrook

Victor Von Der Heyde – senior Insight Meditation teacher
