About this event

  • 2 hours

The kitchen sink can be the place we have our most meaningful conversations, and love grows. It's also known as the exact location of drama and fall-outs. A pile of dirty dishes, or even worse, a clean-sink totalitarian in the house are so hard to deal with when don't know how, and so easy once you do.

In our time together, Cecilia will share eye-opening discoveries on how to set up your kitchen sink so relationships turn around, you feel like the boss of your life, and find yourself cooking fresh food with a song in your heart. These methods are especially suited to the neurodiverse, and big-picture fast-thinkers who don't like being bossed around, even by themselves!

In this surprise-laden workshop, inspirational case studies will give you new energy.

Japanese methods will get you calm, happy and in action. You'll learn patterns from Australian Permaculture design, and use them to create an 'ecosystem' of success. Chronic kitchen confusion can transform into a clear and orderly home that stays that way, without force or unwilling effort.

'As above, so Below'. Changes in our outer world only last when there are also changes in our inner world. We will use visualizations and bodywork to re-wire the emotions that get you stopped.

The chance is high, that this afternoon's reset becomes part of who you are.

Payment is 'Giftivist', something quite different from a donation. It creates a relationship between us, which has power in itself. It allows you to do things you wouldn't otherwise have done, and motivates you to implement. Payments from $1 to $200 can be worthwhile, valued, and fair. Choose your adventure. The experience of paying Gifitist even once switches on a new way of sensing value, and new power arises in us, over our spending habits of the past.

In this event, you will:

  • Do kitchen sink declutter and re-set, in real-time, with opportunities to ask Cecilia questions as we go
  • Learn design principles that are fascinating, fun, and stay with you for life: Zones for inside your house, Reduce Useless Diversity, Make Families of Objects, Right Mess in the Right Place, and more.
  • Gain new curiosity and compassion into what's really going on behind your resistance. Thank your resistance for trying to protect you, and let it know it can rest. You've found a new way.
  • Fall in love with your kitchen sink, which from now on you will address as your Shrine of Beauty and Love. Wait for the surprises to emerge, as your home culture changes.

What do Participants Say?

"You won't usually find me at a decluttering workshop, but something compelled me to book in and see what this Zen Permaculture business is all about.

I'm so glad I did, because Cecilia's teachings go far beyond the kitchen sink. They're about freedom, clarity and personal integrity. They're about designing a beautiful life and living it with intention. One of the most rewarding workshops of all time, not to mention the wonderful company. Thank you Cecilia"

'Before' and 'After' The client is a Permaculture designer in Kamakura Japan, creative, generous, and neurodiverse. This kitchen naturally evolved after six weeks of Cecilia's coaching. Before, it was confusing for even one person to navigate. Now, it's a Culture School, a dream that became real. Creative locals gather here for exquisite Learning Luncheons, with topics such as colour theory, macrame, and vegan cooking.

Cecilia Macaulay and Katie de Araujo have been creating cubby houses and fun times together for almost half a century...because they are sisters! Together they remind us to find the deeply pleasing way, and rekindle a kid-like wonder in daily life.
