Trail and Enduro Coaching Weekend

Are you ready to advance your riding?

Get rid of those bad habits that hinder your progress?

The Enduro skills course is all about boosting confidence without the judgment. Get ready to mingle with fellow riders, forge new friendships, and level up your riding ability. It suits from beginner through to a seasoned rider and is designed to get you the skills required out on the trails or the enduro race loop.

The course is designed by our Lead coach Lyndon Blake, backed by his 45 years of racing all the dirt disciplines and 43 years coaching. Making Lyndon one of the most experienced coaches in Australia.

So, what is the course about? It uses two methods developed by Lyndon, one is the Progressive skills development and Cross Discipline training. These have been developed from Lyndon’s involvement with elite rider training programs for the Australian sport commission (AIS Canberra), Motorcycling Queensland and various Pro racers and Race teams.

The course incorporates the speed element of Mx and enduro racing, the precision and timing element of Trials and Hard Enduro and other training methods that come off from racing Desert, Flat track, Speedway, and other off-road racing.

The course is presented over Two Days, the format works best as the rider gets the chance to absorb what is learnt on day one and be refreshed to implement it into day two. There is camping available at QMP in Boonah (camping included). There are Hot showers and canteen available, and we invite you to dine with us in Boonah on Saturday night.

Limited spots available to ensure personalized guidance for each rider! The course will be based off your experience level, starting with working on core fundamentals of riding, we then progressively “ramp’ up the training to create a balanced rider.

Hope to see you there!

The day will be based off your experience level, but we will cover off:

  • Bike Setup and how it make it work for you
  • Balance
  • Correct body position
  • Clutch Control
  • Throttle Control
  • Brake Control
  • Understanding your bike better.

T-Shirt included!

Included in your ticket, is 1 Throttle Out T-Shirt, and you can custom it by adding your name and race number (if you want) to the front.

The T-Shirts cut and sizing are pretty accurate.

Women have a choice of 1 of the below:

  • Dirt Angels only Shirt, in Blue or Red
  • Throttle out (back) and Dirt Angels (front) Blue Shirt

Selection of size, style and custom name is available during the check out stage.

Angela Frazer - MQ Level 1 - Women's Coach

I have been riding for almost 3.5 years now and have developed a passion for dirt bike riding (much to the surprise of my husband), but found it to be male dominated without much support for women riders to build and develop their passion. Through the support from Lyndon and Proart, I've grown into the desire to help fellow women riders through coaching and organising social ladies only rides.

This is where I found myself being able to help, by creating a vibrant community for our fellow women riders to feel right at home and where we uplift, encourage, share our skills, boost confidence, and most importantly, having a blast while tearing up the dirt on our bikes. Let's show the world what girl power is all about!

  • MQ/NCAS accredited Level One (1) instructor
  • Co-Founder of Dirt Angels
  • Women's Coach
  • Marketing and Media Manager
  • Event Coordinator
  • Assistant Coach to Lyndon Blake

The motocross track as a safe environment to develop skills and learn new pattens of riding. Also, its easier for the instructors to see what bad habits have developed. Believe us even we have to correct ours from time to time.

We coach a progressive format, the idea is each session we build from the last and add another skill to progress further. With the slow skills drill its easier to develop them in a controlled manner. These are core fundamentals of riding. Without a strong foundation , nothing will be as strong.

Then its time to put what you learnt to the test, real time. But we don’t just leave you be, coaching every step of the way.

PROART will be setup and located on Red area. This is the location for Sign On.

The blue shaded green is the best camping spot, but you have the day use /camping area also available for setup and camping
