The chaturangah. The foundational asana sequence of a vinyasa yoga practice. We know how challenging it can be! And in this 90 minute session we will compeletely debunk the chaturangah.

You will learn:

  • exactly where your hands, feet, wrists, elbows, shoulders, feet and head should be;
  • how to proctect your joints;
  • how to avoid wrist, shoulder and lower back pain;
  • what to do if you currently experience pain in chaturangah;
  • how to build strength and progress in your vinyasa practice;
  • when to breathe;
  • how the modications work; and
  • tips for progressing.

This is where you can ask all those questions you have about a chaturangah and practice it so you can walk away having nailed your chaturangah.
