What do I need to bring?

Something comfy to lie down on, usually a yoga mat, a blanket, pillow and cushions or bolster to make sure your body is held comfortably while you listen to the sounds. If you would prefer to sit up you can bring a mediation cushion or a comfy low chair (beach chair). We suggest you wear socks.

What happens in the session?

The session will run for an hour. You will start by getting organized and comfy for a few minutes, we will then have a short introduction to sound baths, and move into the session with guided mindful visualization to the sounds of nature, before being immersed in the sound healing vibrations .

What instruments do you use?

All instruments are chosen for their sound healing properties and diverse vibrations, they include wind chimes, gong, Bodrum drum, Tibetan and crystal bowls, shakers and harmony balls.

What do I have to do in the session?

Participants don't have to do anything at all! Just lay down and relax as the sounds and vibrations wash over your body.
