Participants just lay down or sit up and allow the soothing sound vibrations of ancient and modern sound healing instruments flow through their bodies bring calm and peace on a cellular level.

What sort of instruments do you use?

Sol Sounds uses Himalayan and Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, Bodrum drum , seed shakers and rattles, rainstick, recorded curated nature and mindfulness tracks, chimes.

What do I need to bring along?

Bring along whatever you need to feel cosy and comfortable while you experience soothing sounds - a yoga mat, foam mattress, banana longue, sleeping bag or comfy rug to lay on, or a beach chair or floor cushion to sit on, blankets, pillows and cushions and socks for warm toes.
