Join us at Loquita for One Night In Mexico, an Agave Masterclass hosted by Phil Bayly. For $80pp, you'll be taken on a cultural journey through the world of tequila and mezcal, including:
- Choice of 3 tacos

Phil Bayly has worked in the Agave Spirits industry for 40+ years. He has, together with his late partner Tomas Estes, opened 18 Tequila bars across 6 countries in places like London, Paris, Amsterdam Cologne, and Sydney.
In 2009, he was awarded 'Outstanding Contribution" for his work with Agave Spirits at the Australian Bartender Awards.
In 2015 he created 'Agave Love' an annual touring event with Tequileros and Mezcaleros educating industry and consumers about all things agave in various countries including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan, Russia, Finland, and the UK.
In 2017 he was officially recognized as the first Global Ambassador for Mezcal by the Mezcal Regulatory Council in Mexico.
