Gin is officially in as we celebrate with local producer, Canberra Distillery with this unique Masterclass.
Whether you know your base spirits from your botanicals or not, a team member from the distillery will walk you through the world of gin.
Sip and savour your way through a 5-course lunch with matching gins that are perfectly paired to make the most out of the flavours.
