You’re Invited to Our Open Day!
Southern Cross Disability Care, a proud NDIS Registered Provider, is excited to open the doors to our brand-new Life Skills & Community Hub—and we’d love for you to be part of the celebration!

Come along and enjoy a relaxed, friendly space where you can:
• Walk through our new space and see how our programs run
• Meet our caring team and learn about our person-centred supports
• Discover our Life Skills, Capacity Building and Social programs
• Ask questions about enrolment, participant goals and planning

We’ll have light lunch and refreshments ready for you as we showcase everything we’ve been working hard to create for our community.
