Southern Cross Disability Care
We are hosting an Inclusive School Holiday Program for children and teens with disabilities (ages 7–18). The program blends fun activities, creative workshops, outdoor adventures, and community excursions with opportunities to build life skills and independence in a safe, supportive environment.

Ensure the program is inclusive and NDIS-friendly, with both group and individualised supports available.
