  • Gentle, honest conversations about mood, brain fog and emotional changes
  • Simple tools to bring more calm, clarity and confidence to this season

You’ll receive practical take‑home strategies, and an invitation to a complimentary Clarity Call to experience The Pillar Code – a pathway designed to support women who feel stressed, overwhelmed or stuck.


Who This Is For

This workshop is for you if you’re:

  • In perimenopause or menopause (or think you might be)
  • Feeling confused, frustrated, or unsure what’s “normal”
  • Tired of feeling like you just have to “push through”
  • Ready for a more positive, empowered way to navigate this transition

You do not need any prior knowledge – just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

  • Jules is a certified Pillar Code Practitioner and who helps women move from stressed and stuck to calm, clear and confident.
  • Kylie is a Registered Nurse, holistic health and wellness coach and Pillar Code Practioner who specialises in supporting women through major life transitions with a trauma‑informed, mind–body approach.
