Weekly meditation classes for being the best version of you: Mondays 7 pm in-person at the School of Creative Arts in Wangara or Thursdays 6 pm online

Discover simple and effective meditation approaches:

  • to be less stressed and scattered,
  • more grounded, present and connected,
  • demonstrate better boundaries,
  • build resilience, self-acceptance, kindness and compassion, and
  • connect with other like-minded people.

You can use these on-the-fly approaches throughout your day, as well as for more traditional sit-down meditations.

The facilitators of this class, Rupert and Tanya, have more than 30 years daily meditation experience. Rupert is also an international composer violinist, teacher and qualified mentor/coach and Tanya is a psychotherapist, counselor and mentor/coach.

Cost is $20 for casual class or $150 for 10 consecutive weekly sessions. This price does not include Eventbrite booking fee.
