Tanya Servaas and Rupert Guenther

Tanya Servaas

Tanya first started to meditate more than 30 years ago. At the time she was a young mum with a child, worked part time and was studying a full time workload. Her life was stressful and her health started to suffer so she went to a doctor who recommended that she take up meditation. This was a turning point in her life and she hasn’t looked back. Tanya has studied various types of eastern and western meditation techniques over the years and has a daily meditation practice which has helped her to experience inner peace and serenity in a grounded way.

Tanya has been a meditation facilitator for more than 20 years. She runs meditations in workplaces and facilitates classes, classes for the community and mini meditation retreats.  What she enjoys most about sharing her love of meditation with others is that it helps people to improve their lives.

Rupert Guenther

Rupert has more than 40 years experience meditating and has taught for more than 20 years.
