We’re absolutely stoked to be hosting Katie Rigg-Smith, the Chief Strategy Officer for WPP in Australia and New Zealand.
Hosted by WAMA's very own Emma Ridley, the breakfast will cover the expectations of today’s contemporary marketer, as we move towards the new form of ‘customer obsession’. Katie will unpack how some of these macro trends are impacting what our audiences say and do, and what that could mean for us in WA going forward.
Katie delivers strategic expertise for WPP, a creative transformation company that uses the power of creativity to build better futures for our people, planet, clients and communities. She is a keen student of human behaviour and a futurist, placing an emphasis on how cultural, social, economic, and geographic trends influence behaviour, and in turn, how these behaviours will shape the future of marketing.
