I'm on medications, can I still attend a Sweatlodge Ceremony?

Most health conditions are OK for attending the lodge, so please take your medications as usual but you will still need to let the facilitators know.

I'm a diabetic taking insulin, can I attend?

If you have insulin dependant diabetes please let us know , and we'll not ask you to fast. You'll need to bring your blood sugar testing device to check BSL.

I'll be on my moontime, can I attend?

Absolutely, use whatever protection you need to be comfortable.

I'm pregnant, can I attend?

We ask that if you are pregnancy that you don't attend the lodge.

What preparation do I need to do?

Fasting and what to bring and wear to the lodge is provided on booking.
