What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available in the Expo grounds at $8.00 per car (space permitting). There is also other parking available in the streets around the Nambour Showgrounds, at the Nambour Bowls Club and in other designated areas as advertised. A free shuttle bus also runs daily from the Nambour Station to the Expo and return.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
No, children 15 years and under are free with a paying adult.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds are only available up to 24 hours prior to the event proceeding at 8am Thursday 4th July 2024. No refunds will be processed after this time.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either present your printed ticket at the gate or show your tickets on your smartphone.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, this is okay.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately no, the Queensland Garden Expo has a no dogs policy.
What days can I use the 2 Day Weekend Pass?
This ticket can be ONLY be used on Saturday and Sunday. If you arrive on Friday with a 2 Day Pass you will be required to purchase a Friday ticket.
