About this event

  • 1 hour

Here at The Healthy Eating Clinic we don't believe in food rules. That's because there is not just ONE way to eat well, there are many different ways! Our goal is to educate you with the principles of healthy eating, the ones that apply to everyone and then, with this knowledge, empower you to put it into practice in a way that suits you best.

One of those principles is eating whole foods. In this presentation nutritionist Kate Freeman will outline what a whole food is, the pros and cons of food processing and how you can eat a delicious, wide and varied diet that achieves your goals and maximises your health.

Location: This seminar will be held in the Private Dining Room at The Canberra Southern Cross Club Woden. Directional signage will be displayed, but please speak to the Club's friendly reception team for directions, if needed.

This event is free for Stellar Members (group exercise, pool, women's gym and Anytime Fitness Stellar). CSCC members can still attend by booking and paying $20 per session.
