🌿 Feel Better — Build Essential Mind Skills

A practical 5-week course to improve mental fitness, nervous system regulation, and everyday resilience.

When: Wed 8 April – Wed 6 May
Time: 6.30 – 8.00 pm (entry from 6.15 pm)
Where: Dickson College Library

What this course is about

Many people assume stress and overwhelm come from being too busy.
In reality, a major driver is often ongoing over-activation of the nervous system — known in science as allostatic load.

When the mind and body stay “switched on” for too long without adequate recovery:

  • clarity drops
  • emotional reactivity increases
  • sleep and energy suffer
  • even small challenges feel harder than they should

This course helps you reduce allostatic load by building practical self-management skills using Mind Intelligence™— an evidence-informed approach that integrates Awareness, Regulation, Coherence, Mindset, and Growth.

What you’ll learn (practical outcomes)

Over 5 weeks, you’ll learn how to:

  • calm and regulate your nervous system
  • reduce stress, overthinking, and emotional reactivity
  • improve focus, sleep, and mental clarity
  • respond more skilfully instead of running on autopilot
  • build habits that support everyday resilience

Non-religious, practical, beginner-friendly with depth — suitable if you’re new, returning, or ready to go further.

What’s included

  • 5 interactive, in-person sessions
  • downloadable guided practices to keep
  • weekly handouts and ongoing support
  • live HeartMath biofeedback demonstration (Week 4)
  • money-back guarantee: attend all sessions and if it’s not helpful, receive a full refund

👉 Places are limited — early bookings recommended.
