Essential Pastry Basics Cooking Class with French Michelin star chef

About this event
Brioches, puff pastry (vanilla slice/Mille-Feuilles), choux pastry (profiteroles), sweet shortcrust (chocolate tart).
During the class, you will learn how to:
- Fold a puff pastry
- Make the best shortcrust that rolls out evenly without cracking
- Mix and rest a brioche dough
- Make puff pastry
- Make crème patisserie and chocolate tart fillings
- Mould and shape dough
All will be baked in the evening.• Discover the endless number of ways to easily transform pastries into a lot of different cakes and desserts.
Tasting of the dishes is included at the end of the class!
Francois' Private Kitchen's cooking classes are intimate, friendly, and limited to 10 students in a relaxed and comfortable environment. I will welcome you in our Balcatta kitchen, or for an even more personal experience, I can come to your own kitchen if you are five people or more!
