So French! 3-course diner Cooking Class with French Michelin star chef!

I’m Francois Morabito, owner of Francois’ Private Kitchen and French 🇫🇷 Michelin Star Chef with over 30 years of experience.

My 2-hour cooking class costs $120 per person and teaches you the fundamentals of preparing delicious food, using fresh and conscientiously sourced produce.

You will learn how to make the following menu from scratch in two hours and if you decide to prepare this three-course menu, I can assure you your guests will be impressed.

-Quiche Lorraine (bacon and Comte cheese)

-Duck breast a l’orange, Provencale ratatouille and Potatoes Dauphinoise

-Dark chocolate souffle, vanilla custard

*This evening is followed by a tasting of the dishes prepared, with a glass of French Champagne

Francois' Private Kitchen's cooking classes are intimate, friendly, and limited to 7 students so that everyone has ample space to work in a relaxed and comfortable environment. I will welcome you in our Balcatta kitchen, or for an even more personal experience, I can come to your own kitchen if you are five people or more!
