Global surveys on core leadership attributes are revealing that 'authenticity' is currently regarded as a key trait of high-performing CEOs. What's more, a leader's 'authenticity' is now a trait that can be — and is being — measured through various psychometric profiles.
There's no doubt that authenticity is valuable, but we'd like to pose the following question: Can a leader ever be too authentic?
Who should attend
The Lab is designed for senior and emerging leaders of organisations.
About The Lab
The Lab is a place where stories are shared, ideas are explored and real conversation is ignited. We call this a community of inquiry. The lab is a place where participants jointly grapple with key leadership questions drawn from today’s complex business and social environment.
This is no keynote speech. Instead, we kick off by posing a question, and then step back to allow the conversation to take its own course. Our intention is to create a safe space for boundary-pushing dialogue and exploration of new lines of thought, free from the constraints of political correctness.
In addition to igniting robust discussion, our Lab sessions are designed to provoke participants to challenge & broaden their mindsets, expand your perspectives, and ultimately become better leaders. These evenings are also a great opportunity to meet fellow leaders in a relaxed and supportive environment.
We do hope you'll can join us :)
