As I guide you through each stage of the sourdough process, I invite any and all questions to ensure you walk away confident in your abilities to carry on baking at home. To build your sourdough skills you'll receive a jar of starter/culture, a freshly baked loaf of sourdough, a dough that you’ve worked that will be ready to bake the following morning, a detailed and easy to follow recipe, an afternoon tea of fresh locally made delights
