Increase your flexibility, strength, joint stability and reduce stress. Suitable for all abilities and for people aged 15 years and above.
Start with breathing techniques, abdomen breathing, belly breathing, full yogic breath.
Limbering the body, warm ups, laying down stretches.
Yoga postures, laying down poses, sitting poses, kneeing poses, standing poses, forwardbends, backbends.
Relaxation at the end of the class & breathing techniques.

What you need to bring:
Water bottle, comfortable clothing, runners and a yoga mat or thick towel
