The focus of the May EXPRESSWAYTM BizSpark Network Forum will be the third in our series on people. As companies and organisations move towards rapid growth, the leaders of the organisation need to ensure they build a strong and capable leadership team. Their role is to become the leader of leaders.

We investigate this topic with our:

  • Keynote speaker,
  • Through speakers and case studies, and,
  • By asking the Q&A panel.

Jill Gray Keynote Speaker: Dr Jill Gray Jill’s career includes principal consultant and senior management roles with Chandler Macleod, Unisys Australia, and Changing Horizons. Jill was the Manager Technology and Commercialisation – Dept. of Employment, Economic Development and Industry, and has held man senior positions in organisations transitioning through rapid growth. Jill has a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master of Business (Communication Management), is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM).

Alan Slater 2nd Speaker: Alan Slater, CEO Business Dynamics

Alan has been actively involved in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) development for over twenty five years. He has successfully implemented radical new business strategies in some of the world’s more challenging environments. He has a unique sense of humour and style and truly believes that working and learning should be FUN!!! One of Alan’s main concerns is that, as businesses grow – especially if they do so rapibly, they often lose sight of what he refers to as “The Leadership Imperative”… more about that on the 28th!
