Transforming Learning in the Early Years

In this workshop, we explore the ways the iPad is transforming learning for students in Prep to Year 4. 
Discover how the iPad inspires creativity, play and hands-on learning for early phase students. Explore content creation apps to see how easy it is to transform learning and foster higher order thinking. Become an expert on iPad accessibility features to support diverse learners and enable individualised learning.
Some of the apps we will use to help transform student learning will include:-

</UL>
You will also have the opportunity to use some hands on material that interacts with the iPad including The Tiggly Learning Systems and Osmo.  There also be a range of interactive books demonstrated including  "Two Left Feet" by Adam Stower.
 
Participants are encouraged to bring their own iPad.   The cost of the workshop includes a free pack from the Tiggly Learning system value at $45.  You will be able to select a pack from the range available for bookings made early.
