 Ray is an experienced presenter and facilitator and has over 30 years professional experience and success in leading businesses and organisations through the design, promotion and delivery of innovative, high impact customer experiences and services across the globe.  Across his career Ray has become a specialist in working with organisations and government entities across the hospitality, travel, tourism, and services sectors to effectively design and integrate the latest thinking and practices in Business Strategy, International Marketing and Distribution Strategy, Business Model Innovation, Service Design Thinking, and Customer Experience Design and Management.

Ray holds a Master's Degree in Business Strategy, a Bachelor's Degree in International Business (Marketing and International Corporate Strategy), Qualifications in Electrical Engineering and is an Executive Graduate of both Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and the Stanford University Design 'D' School Design Thinking Program.
