The SGLBA Education Fund.

The SGLBA Education Fund was created to make a difference. As part of Sydney’s premier LGBTIQ business organisation, we wanted to give our professional members the opportunity to contribute to the success of others within our community. We focus on LGBTIQ individuals over the age of 30 who may have thought that the chance for meaningful education has passed them by. Our Fund offers a second chance. Starting in April 2020, The Fund will provide financial support of up to $10,000 towards the cost of a course of study in a business or commerce-related discipline which helps someone meaningfully and demonstrably change their life, or the lives of others. Through The SGLBA Education Fund, we hope to give SGLBA members the power to make a difference.

The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Business Association Incorporated (SGLBA) is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) . Donations to The Fund, greater than AUD2.00, are tax-deductible.
