Sydney University Afghan Society (SUAS)

Sydney University Afghan Society (SUAS) is a youth-led cultural group at the University of Sydney. The group was established in 2018 with the vision of creating a welcoming platform for Afghan students at the University of Sydney. Throughout the past years, SUAS has hold cultural, historic and environmental events including but not limited to Afghan New Year celebration (Nawroz), Hazara Black Day and Climate Awareness Campaign. It is our aim not only to serve the needs of Afghan Australian students here in Sydney but also to help the Afghan people in Afghanistan in anyways possible.
