Sally Ryan was the owner and founder of Pathways To Recovery from 2016-22, a registered NDIS provider in South Australia specialising in Mental Health and Disability services. She has extensive experience in the mental health and disability sector, including:

• Developing, implementing and managing NDIS services, including:
• SIL
• Support Coordination (including Specialist Support Coordination)
• Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
• Community Outreach (In-home) supports
• Group programs
• Growing a small business from a sole trader to over 50 employees (servicing over 150 participants).
• Establishing internal processes and controls to monitor the organisation and ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
• Working directly with NDIS participants and their families/support networks to achieve desired outcomes

Since leaving Pathways To Recovery, Sally is using her skills and experience to help other business owners in the NDIS sector develop quality and sustainable services through coaching, mentoring and providing resources to support service delivery. Sally has extensive knowledge of the NDIS and registration requirements; pricing; policy and procedure; employment requirements (including interpreting and implementing the SCHADS Award 2010); staff training and induction programs; governance and compliance; and ensuring ethical practice. She uses this knowledge to upskill other business owners in the industry.
