I hold qualifications in a number of holistic modalities, but focus throughout on my clients rather than any specific one of them. When I meet with clients I use my experience in counselling, mentoring, running women’s circles and workshops to make it safe to be vulnerable. My own personal experience of losing and then rediscovering creative feminine energy gives me a unique insight into clients who feel overwhelmed or unempowered. Working on all these levels, I create an opportunity for stillness, pause, and then reconnection. Sessions and group workshops will leave you inspired and transformed.
