Ruth Stuettgen

Ruth Stuettgen is a Speaker, Business and Corporate Performance Coach, Trainer, Hypnotherapist and best-selling Author. Her publications are 'From Misery to Mastery - Journey to Freedom and Empowerment' - a guide to changing your life after adversity, 'The Book of Inspiration - for Women by Women' - a global coffee table book with 365 inspirational messages by women and girls. She is also a Co-author in 'The New Woman'. Ruth is passionate about inspiring Women in Business as well as Corporate Teams and Leaders, empowering them to discover their uniqueness, leading to positive change in their lives, business and careers.

Ruth Stuettgen Coaching is a boutique coaching practise, offering unique processes and systems to elevate entrepreneurs, corporate teams and leader to their next level. Clients are coached virtually and in-person - 1:1 and groups.

Her own life journey strewn with adversities such as being born into Apartheid and family violence has led her to become strong and empowered to create a life by design. With her background in policing and teaching she has created businesses here and in Europe, always with her kids around her.

Ruth's mission is to impact, inspire, educate and empower to create a life and business on purpose. She brings into her business more than 30 years of teaching, coaching and mentoring experience in corporate and government management training, Intercultural management and language training and translating, leadership, event management, speaker training and confidence building. She is adept at utilising her skills to groups and individuals. Ruth's previous careers as Policewoman and Teacher finally led her to be trained in Reiki II; Take a Bigger Bite out of Life Speaker Trainer; Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes Hypnotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Inspired Spirit Life Coaching, Business and Money Breakthrough & Mindset Coaching, Metaphysics and Small Business Management. She is a Master Trainer and Coach and constantly up-skills and improves her knowledge, enabling her to work with her clients in a powerful way. She engages high-level coaches and mentors to stay on top of her game.

She loves to focus on balance in her life with self-development, meditation, reading, nature, walking and yoga. She is the proud Mum to 2 daughters and a son and lives on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula In Melbourne, Australia. She can't live without her cheese-slicer {you may laugh here :)!!!!} and loves living, laughing and helping passionately.
