Meredith Yardley is dedicated to helping people develop and sustain health and wellbeing strategies to enable them to avoid stress and burnout and live an abundant life. As well as being a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Trainer, she is author of The Busy Woman's Guide to Inner Health and Outer Beauty. Meredith is an medal-winning Toastmaster and regularly presents to community and business groups. She has an MA in Communication, GradDip in Social Ecology, holds Nutrition and Coaching certificates and recently completed her The Science of Happinesscertificate from the University of Berkley California.
