Mari Notaras

This 3 day, 22 hour Bliss Baby Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Workshop will be held by Senior Facilitator Mari Notaras. Mari has RPYT and YACEP registration with Yoga Alliance, and is also a Yoga Australia Registered Level 3 Senior teacher.  Mari teaches throughout Australia as well as Internationally for Bliss Baby Yoga, and has done so for the last seven years.  Her teaching career began 19 years ago, and she has since studied extensively in the area of women's yoga - with a particular interest in Prenatal, Postnatal and Restorative Yoga.

She is a lucky mother of two (mostly) divine, teenage daughters aged 15 and 13.
