Hi, I'm a women's leadership coach and personal brand strategist passionate about helping women like you to recognise your brilliance – to reconnect to your innate power, purpose and voice. I do this through coaching programs and retreats.

In these times of change, I believe it's vital for us to stop playing small and show up confidently in the world in a loving and empowered way.

My path has involved 25 years in senior leadership roles and business, a long-time love affair with ancient wisdom, yoga and cutting-edge science and a side journey with anxiety. This adventure has shown me the vital importance of self-acceptance and self-compassion, personal energy management and sovereignty. When we master these three elements, we open the door to more energy and joy every day and the chance to live our deepest desires.

The changes we're experiencing in our world right now call for a new way of being and doing. The old ways are no longer working ... and this is where we as women can step in. Yet we need to step in differently – harnessing our sovereignty so we have enough energy and time to live those dreams languishing deep down in the bottom drawer of our hearts – as well as looking after ourselves and those we care for.

With a degree in Business Communication and qualifications in yoga, reiki, Nia dance and sound healing, I help women reconnect with their greatness so they have more energy and can confidently step into their leadership, live their purpose and shine their light in the next chapter of their lives.
