Global Coaching Institute

Global Coaching Institute are pioneers at the global frontiers of coaching.

We combine the power of process work, organisational development, and change management into unique, accredited coach training.

Our programs have been developed by Rho Sandberg, Director CLE Consulting, and Vicki Henricks, Director Byron International Coaching Centre, who between them have over 40 years of experience in organisation development and change. They both have Masters degrees in Processwork, also known as Process Oriented Psychology, which is the inspiration for the GCI unique cutting edge coaching methodology.

If you are a coach, an organisational development or human resource practitioner, a business owner or senior executive, facilitator, consultant, trainer, therapist or counsellor who wants to add coaching to your skill set then our program could be for you. Our programs are also designed for coaches who wish to deepen their coaching practice.

At GCI you will embark on a journey of personal and professional development while learning how to apply rigorous analytical frameworks for working with individuals, partners and teams. Your coaching practice will be underpinned by a strong foundation in cultural and institutional systems and dynamics.

The methods you learn will support individual development and sustainable organisational change.

We offer a series of 8 modules beginning with Coaching Foundations (125 hours of training) and then move through more advanced coaching in the areas of power, conflict, relationships, teams, and systems. Depending on your coaching experience you can join and rejoin the program at different stages.

GCI programs have been designed to meet the accreditation requirements of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Programs (ACTP).
