Founders Northern Rivers

A few of us from the Northern Rivers believed we could benefit from having the Founders Forum in our area. We have been guided by the original founders who have been kind enough to share their learnings and wisdom.

The Founders Forum was started in 1999 on the Gold Coast. From their beginnings entrepreneurs involved have proceeded to attract investments of $90 million dollars.

Founders Northern Rivers is a public network for investors, entrepreneurs, advisors/mentors who are devoted to developing the regional startup ecosystem and providing early-stage investment opportunities (for startups and investors).

Entrepreneurs are starting companies in record numbers and a significant number of these are proving highly successful. Historically, the only way members could invest in these promising, early-stage companies was if they happened to have a personal relationship with one of the startup's founders.

Experienced investors invest, sit on boards, make introductions, consult and share their experiences with other angels and business associates.

Founders Northern Rivers organizes events, key speakers, educational events for entrepreneurs and investors. Meetings and pitching days create opportunities for investors to meet high potential early stage and scalable companies from our region.
