Claire Obeid
Claire Obeid is a Certified Life + Wellness Coach, EFT and Energy Medicine Practitioner, Meditation and Yoga Teacher.
Most importantly she is a mama to two tiny humans who have sent her on the biggest soul awakening to date. Expanding her consciousness, deep diving into the shadows within, healing through her body, working her way through old stories and beliefs that no longer serve.
Claire now draws on her extensive wellness tool-kit, education and 8+ years of coaching experience combined with extensive ongoing study in Somatics, Trauma, Energy Medicine, Breathwork and Embodiment.
