What I offer, and that lights me up ...

Through every phase and role of my adult life ... as artist, educator, consultant, project officer, activist, carer, and coach ... my passion and my delight has been making a difference for others, and especially women.

That has shown up through energising, challenging and being a powerful stand for courageous women with big visions to take their next step up, claim their power and be the difference they are here to make for themselves and the world. 

That means doing it holistically, sustainably and joyfully. 

What that looks like in action ...

I work with women, individually and in teams, in business and nonprofit arenas, and those who are forging their careers in challenging domains. 

These are the women whose voices and presence we so need for a world that works.

These are women who each hold a BIG vision, and a huge difference to contribute, and yet they may sense they are playing small.

As their Courage Catalyst, I partner them as individuals and teams to step over the line into their next zone and create the extraordinary results they want for their businesses and volunteer projects, personal lives and beyond. So that these women know themselves as unstoppable on matters of importance to them. 

Where else you'll find me...

In my not-for-profit roles, I lead and mentor two women's empowerment networks and sisterhoods, and I am Australian President of the international not-for-profit peace organisation, the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom.

I live in the 'burbs in Brisbane, Australia with Keith, my love of almost 50 years; along with various wildlife visiting or recuperating; and frequent assignations with Hey Boy, the waggliest-tailed Staffy in the world who lives next door and whom I have the joy of tramping with most days. And the last couple of months I've been loving kneading and baking sourdough rye bread!

Taking time out for ourselves, the space and support structures for stepping up into our next zone - are areas that over and over I see that as women we don't gift ours
