Cherie Barton Brown

After graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York, Cherie Barton-Brown became a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach. Cherie studied with internationally acclaimed health and wellness experts to develop an extensive variety of health modalities, cutting edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and illness prevention.

With an understanding of nutritional, complimentary and integrative approaches to health and wellbeing, Cherie believes in simple health advice.

A conscious Mum of two girls living a low-tox life, her education and experience has brought her to the doTERRA family. Believing damaging lifestyle factors are a predominant cause of dis-ease, Cherie says that one of the simplest ways to ways to positively influence wellbeing is to use functional medicine to enhance a healthy lifestyle.

Cherie Barton-Brown is a creative, peaceful person married to a funny Scotsman. She love's her home, situated near pristine Bantry Bay and Garigal National Park. Not far away are Sydney's famous northern beaches.

Cherie indulges in experimenting with cooking and creating with Whole-foods for her family. 'Food is medicine' Cherie says. 'Safe and natural quality essential oils can be an excellent complement.'

Cherie is experienced in using essential oils to assist her own well-being as well as that of her family. She supports her own health with uplifting aromatic, internal and topical use for relaxation as well as aiding mood and digestion and alleviating such conditions as nausea and nervousness, coughs and colds, insect bites, cuts, scrapes and skin irritations, sunburn and as a soothing sleep aid.
