Being lost in the magic of music and movement is the life I want to be. At a young age this was my forever philosophy and growing up learning movement was a beautiful gift from my parents. Now it is my mission to pass on the skills I have learned to inspire the beauty of movemnt, breath and vibration, to share the awarness and nurrishing power this triad has on our souls. To live a healther more fulfilling future.

Events I host is all about movemnt and sound vibrations the last two years have been manly live online events for charity's such as Human and hope - raising funds for the "Walk to Cambodia"campaign and the Black Dog Institute raising funds for the awarenss of mental health.
