Andy Roost, Brainiact Northgate Business Coach

Andy Roost is an accomplished business development manager boasting over 30 years of experience, particularly in the healthcare sector. Andy is an expert in developing strategies that enhance operational and financial outcomes. He has excelled in various executive and general management roles in business development and sales across South Africa, Switzerland, and Australia.

Andy’s career started with Siemens in South Africa through a graduate program, quickly rising through the ranks and managing key projects and teams. In Australia, he continued his impressive work with Siemens and later Philips in major business roles. Andy also founded Care Outcomes Consulting, a healthcare consultancy aiding small businesses in the healthcare market, and now applies his extensive experience at Brainiact to help small and medium-sized businesses.

Outside of coaching, Andy is passionate about problem-solving, supporting new businesses, and cricket, having played internationally for Switzerland. He’s also a hobby fly fisherman, and cherishes his longstanding marriage to his high school sweetheart.
