Zygomaniak Academy - Mastering All on X - Cadaver Course
Master All-on-X: precision planning, hands-on models, and real cadaver experience for total surgical confidence.
Zygomaniak Academy is proud to launch our upcoming Sydney courses focused on All-on-X Planning, Models & Cadaver training, alongside advanced Zygomatic implant education.
This immersive experience is designed for clinicians ready to deepen their understanding of surgical planning, prosthetic integration and real-world application not just theory, but hands-on learning with intention.
Because world-class outcomes begin with world-class education.
Early Bird (first 10 seats) : $10,750
Normal Fee: $11,750

Course Overview — All-on-X Planning + Models + Cadaver (Sydney)
Delivered in a bespoke small-group, high-touch style Zygomaniak Academy is known for, this program is built to take you from diagnosis and prosthetically-driven planning through to precision execution first on models, then in a full-day cadaver environment.
Zygomaniak Academy positions its AllOnX Pathway around full-arch planning and execution for uppers and lowers using tilted implant concepts (All-on-4 / All-on-X), delivered in small groups with an emphasis on repetition and real-case workflows.
What this course is designed to do
By the end of the program, you should feel significantly more confident to:
- Assess full-arch candidates (medical/dental risk, occlusion, bone availability, smile line, expectations)
- Build a prosthetically driven All-on-X plan (tooth position first → implant positions second)
- Work through CBCT-based digital planning (anatomy, avoidance zones, A-P spread, tilt strategy, emergence)
- Understand immediate loading logic (primary stability targets, distribution, fixation, provisional principles)
- Execute a consistent, step-by-step surgical approach that translates from planning → placement → restoration
The learning format (what makes it different)
1) You’re assigned a cadaver CBCT to plan
Rather than planning “generic” cases, you’ll be allocated a CBCT from your cadaver specimen, then guided through how to:
- identify key landmarks and risk areas on CBCT
- decide All-on-X configuration (e.g., anterior axial + posterior tilted strategy)
- confirm restorative space and prosthetic envelope
- plan implant lengths/diameters/angulations and restorative access
This becomes your case for the weekend so the digital plan isn’t theoretical; it’s directly tied to what you’ll do next.
2) You convert the plan into a physical, surgical rehearsal (3D model)
You’ll receive a 3D model derived from the CBCT so you can rehearse the exact plan with instruments in hand before you enter the cadaver lab—bridging the gap between “software planning” and real tactile surgery.
3) Hands-on builds in intensity: Plan → Model → Cadaver
The course is structured to progressively increase realism and complexity—so by the time you reach the cadaver day, you’re not “starting cold”; you’re executing a plan you’ve already stress-tested.
