Passion for dance and music has been an integral part of Ellie’s life from a very early age. Ellie is a qualified dance instructor specializing in Classical Ballet and Scottish Dancing and has taught hundreds of aspiring dancers in her younger years.
Ellie's dancing skills were put to good use in the gym as an Aerobics Instructor throughout Australia during the 1980’s, and now as an instructor of ZUMBA, she can share with others her passion of dance, music and fitness.
Ellie loves teaching Zumba and seeing so many who feel they have “two left feet” grow and blossom as they become more confident. Zumba is not only beneficial for our overall physical fitness but is very good for our cognitive health and is also a wonderful social outlet.
If you enjoy dancing, fabulous music, and having fun, come and join us!
No previous experience is necessary.
There will be 5 free of charge spaces available each week to current & former Defence members and their families.
