Bush care volunteer and nature tour

Bush care volunteer and nature tour

Give back to the community by volunteering to care for our bushland and learn what the Bush Care Team in council does to preserve our nature. We will also have nature tour walks and possibly doing some tree or pot planting.

Date: Thursday 9 April

Time: 10:30am - 3:30pm

Where: Meet at Belmore Youth Resource Centre for a return bus or meet us directly at Lambeth Reserve Picnic Point

Who: Young people, aged 12-18

Cost: FREE

Terms and Conditions

This activity is for young people who live or study within Canterbury-Bankstown LGA.

Adults not part of the program are not permitted to stay onsite throughout the duration of the activity, this includes parents and guardians.

* If you are unable to pay the registration fee due to financial hardship, please send an email to yuko.ishigaya@cbcity.nsw.gov.au to discuss payment options. However, please note spots are limited and there is no guarantee that a place will be available.

ABOUT BYRC

Belmore Youth Resource Centre (BYRC) is a free safe space for young people aged 12-18 run by Canterbury-Bankstown Council. We have youth workers who are here to support young people, as well as delivering various programs and services. For more information visit cb.city/byrc
