A special one off Young Writer’s Club workshop with an acclaimed author at Hobart Library. Learn how to write nail-biting, high energy scenes that keep readers on the edge of their seats. Award winning children’s author Lian Tanner will guide participants through fun, practical activities that show how creative imagination and critical thinking work together to make a story feel real.

Ages 8 - 15
To help make a successful event:

- Let us know if you can't come - we'll cancel your booking so others can register instead.

- Tell us if you need assistance or if you'll be accompanied by a support person.
- There are two designated mobility parking spaces next to the library, with a 2-hour parking limit.
- The library has a wheelchair accessible elevator.
- An accessible restroom is available.
- Parking is available in Melville Street, across the road from the Library.
