Join us for an exciting two-day STEM holiday program, where students will take on the role of future Martian settlers! Through hands-on experiments, engineering challenges, robotics, and drone exploration, participants will learn about Mars' extreme environment and develop problem-solving skills to tackle the challenges of space exploration.

This immersive program is tailored for children aged 8 to 12 years old who are curious about science, technology, and adventure!

Program Highlights:

Engineering & Problem-Solving
-Design and build a Martian habitat using craft materials.

Practical Robotics & Drone Skills
-Learn the basics of drone flying & get an introduction to coding for drones.
-Navigate drones through space-themed obstacle courses simulating a journey to Mars.
-Use robots to transport and deploy habitats in a simulated Martian landscape.

Collaboration & Teamwork
-Work in teams to design, build, and deploy a Martian settlement.
-Engage in problem-solving activities that foster communication and leadership skills.

Date: 8th & 9th Jan (Thur & Fri) 2026
Time: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8.45 - 9am drop off and 3.30 - 3.45pm pick up)
Location: Level 1 / 130 Hay Street, Subiaco
Cost: $290 (2 days, includes booking fee & teaching materials)
Year Group: Year 3 to Year 6 (no coding background required for this program)

Please notice that you need to bring your own water bottle, lunch and laptop/ipad to the event.


Event Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel the program if minimum numbers are not met.
  • If a cancellation is required, families will receive early notice and a full refund (including the Eventbrite booking fee).
  • Change of mind cancellations are accepted with at least 7 days’ notice before the event start date. A refund of the program fee will be provided. However, Eventbrite booking fees cannot be refunded.
  • Cancellations made 3 days before the event start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total program fee plus the Eventbrite booking fee.
  • Cancellations made 1 day before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total program fee plus the Eventbrite booking fee.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations on the day of the event or non-attendance.
