Through a blend of Hatha Yoga and the Alexander Technique, participants learn to move with awareness, improve posture, and restore balance between strength and relaxation.

ABOUT THE COACH

Binh Doan is a yoga teacher, speech pathologist, and life coach with a background in movement, voice, and body awareness.

This class combines the grounding strength of Hatha Yoga with the mindful awareness of the Alexander Technique.
Together, they help release tension, improve posture, and restore balance between body and mind.
Through gentle movement, breath, and alignment, participants learn to move with greater ease, flexibility, and confidence — cultivating calm and focus that extend beyond the mat.Who It’s ForAll levels are welcome — no experience or flexibility required, just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and rediscover ease in movement.
